Eligibility
Because cannabis is a consumable product, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially not as described. Report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
How to request
Message us on LINE @ak47 with your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging. Our team will review and reply, usually the same day.
Resolutions
Approved requests are resolved with a free replacement on your next delivery or a refund to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank.
Not covered
We can't accept returns for change of mind, products that have been substantially used, or claims made after the 24-hour window. Orders cancelled before dispatch are fully refundable.
